Recovering from Religion

Recovering from Religion is devoted to helping people recover. The Hotline Project offers compassionate agents via phone and chat who will listen and offer their support.  The Secular Therapy Project connects people with therapists who will offer only evidence-based and non-religious treatment.  Local support groups give the opportunity for face to face peer support in local areas to explore the impact of religion, without judgment, with other people going through, or having gone through, the same experience.

Footsteps

Footsteps is the only organization in North America that assists people who wish to leave the ultra-Orthodox Jewish community. Based in New York, Footsteps provides a range of services, including social and emotional support, educational and career guidance, workshops and social activities, and access to resources.
